Preparation works to the new power-floated concrete floor where carried out using remote control, vacuum assisted diamond grinders.
This was then extensively vacuumed to remove all traces of dust prior to the application of Altro Resins’ two-component, solvent-free epoxy primers.
This was then coated with a further two applications of Altro’s Altrocoat, two-component, water-based epoxy coating.
Additional coatings were applied for walkways and a thixotropic epoxy resin was used to denote hazard areas, line markings and hatched area.
