The old workshop floor paint was mechanically removed and treatment to the oil contaminated substrate was carried out prior to two applications of a specialised, oil tolerant, epoxy primer.
A 4mm self-smoothing polyurethane resin screed was then installed and sealed with coloured resin seal coats to increase chemical and slip resistance.
Yellow line markings were applied with a thixotropic, epoxy resin to denote hazard areas, parking lines and walkways.
The old showroom had the existing ceramic tiles removed prior to substrate preparation.
Two epoxy primers where applied, followed by a 3mm, self smoothing epoxy resin screed to achieve a very smooth, high-gloss finish.
