New 9mm polyurethane resin screed installed for Hambledon Vinyard’s commercial kitchen.
The old substrate was mechanical prepared with diamond grinders prior to the application of an epoxy DPM primer.
Wall and floor trims where install for a 100mm high, radial resin cove detail to be formed on all perimeter walls.
A new 9mm, heavy duty, slip resistant and chemical resistant, four-part, polyurethane screed was then applied by trowel, finishing flush with the perimeter cove detail.
All expansion joints were cut back through the cured resins and filled with a flexible joint compound.
