CAT UK Group, Europe’s leading vehicle logistics company wanted to improve upon the appearance and facilities in their Southampton depot. Due to a high volume of traffic through their washing and pre-delivery inspection workshops, painting the floor had not provided sufficient protection.

Our alternative was to begin by removing the old, failing coatings. Then, using the latest HTC ride-on quad head diamond polishing machines, we completed eight separate phases of high speed cutting and polishing to open the concrete substrate, exposing the aggregates within and polishing the surface to achieve a superb high gloss, low maintenance, hard wearing floor finish.
