Cosmetic manufacturer Pantheon asked GSS to install a complete resin floor finish in their prestigious new factory in Aylesbury.
The new concrete substrate was prepared with remote control, diamond floor grinders before the application an epoxy DPM primer to overcome the issue of construction moisture still within the substrate.
A 100mm high resin cove detail was installed to all the perimeter walls prior to two applications of Altro resins high-build epoxy coating. A fine quart aggregate was incorporated within the top coat of resin to achieve mild slip-resistant finish throughout the main manufacturing areas and the goods in area.
